• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in EEE

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Furniture Manufacturer

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Look After the activities of various projects at inside and outside of factory.

• Ensure Schedule & preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical and Automobile system.

• Ensure immediate necessary steps to solve the machine problem considering quality work.

• Coordinate and communicate with the procurement department, central store for spare parts, machine tools or to meet up emergency crises.

• Ensure submission of in-time requisition to the procurement department.

• Monitor, Guide and manage workshop activities and ensure smooth operation at same.

• Take necessary steps to ensure proper electrical, mechanical, automobile and other utility activities in time.

• Lead, supervise, monitor and appraise the daily activities if the subordinates motivate and coaching for performance development.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Preparing, plan, AutoCAD Design, Drawing, estimate, and arrange manpower form accomplishing any task that assigned by the management.

• Make spare parts inventory and ensure procurement.

• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

• Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule and ensure proper implementation.

• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.

• Ensure planned KPI`s are met on a regular basis.

• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objective.

• Ensure implementation of safety procedure is followed in different stage of the engineering operation.

• Ensure prescribed QMS and 5s processes are strictly followed in every process are strictly of the operation.

• Develop plans to address need.

• Summarize the Breakdown and preventive maintenance report for electrical, Mechanical and automobile section
