• B.Sc. in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized university

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Only candidates with hands-on structural design experience in a consulting firm should apply.
• Candidates without genuine structural design experience will not be considered.
• 3–7 years’ experience working in a structural engineering consultancy (Bangladesh)
• Strong background in reinforced concrete and structural steel design
• Hands-on experience with design codes such as BNBC, ACI, BS, or Eurocode
• Ability to independently interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficiency in at least one major structural analysis software:
• ETABS / SAFE / STAAD / SAP2000, etc.
• Good written and spoken English for technical communication and documentation

Parametric Engineering is an Australian-based structural design consultancy delivering engineering services to a broad range of clients across Australia. To support our growing project workload, we operate a remote design office in Bangladesh, working closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated structural design outcomes for Australian projects.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our International Design Division and are seeking experienced structural engineers to join our Bangladesh-based team.

This role offers exposure to Australian projects, international design standards, and long-term professional growth within a structured consultancy environment.

The Role

We are seeking 3–4 motivated Structural Engineers with strong structural consultancy experience to join our growing international team.

Successful candidates will work closely with Australian senior engineers, contributing directly to the structural design and documentation of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design for Australian residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare concept designs, structural analysis, detailed design, and documentation
• Perform load calculations, member sizing, and design checks for reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Prepare, review, and mark up structural drawings (PDF / CAD)
• Coordinate structural requirements with architectural drawings and project data
• Maintain clear, well-organized calculation files and written design reports
• Assist senior engineers with structural modelling, QA checks, and technical reviews
