Parametric Engineering is an Australian-based structural design consultancy delivering engineering services to clients across Australia in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. To support our growing project workload, we have an established team of Bangladeshi engineers who work directly alongside senior Australian engineers to deliver high-quality structural outcomes.
We are now expanding that team and seeking 3–4 Revit Modellers to join us. You will work closely with our existing Bangladeshi engineering team and senior Australian engineers, contributing to the BIM modelling and documentation of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Australia. Full training will be provided in Australian BIM delivery standards and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models in Revit from engineer-issued design drawings and specifications
Produce accurate construction documentation from Revit models — structural plans, sections, elevations, details, member schedules, and reinforcement schedules
Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements
Work within linked model environments and coordinate the structural model with architectural and services models
Create, update, and manage Revit families, view templates, and project libraries
Annotate and mark up structural drawings in PDF and CAD format as directed by senior engineers
Maintain well-organised model files, drawing registers, and revision records throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate daily with Australian senior engineers and the local Bangladeshi team through remote workflows, video calls, and shared BIM platforms (e.g. BIM 360 / ACC)
Support QA checks and drawing reviews as required
