• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), map analysis, Load Management & calculation

• Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc).

• Should have ability to run project independently

• Modeling, structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.

• Coordinate with the architects and external consultants to finalize the framing system of a building and solving design related problem.

• To guide and supervise CAD detailer in drafting process and prepare structural drawings.

• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for civil projects.

• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), relevant international standards, safety regulations, permits, and statutory requirements.

• Checking of test results of different construction materials.

• Lead overall civil construction planning and execution to ensure delivery in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Ensure that all asset or structural design related project KPIs, targets, directions and instructions are communicated to all relevant project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

• Top supervision and ensure the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.

• Provide status reporting regarding structural design milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare or review engineering drawings and blueprints in compliance with applicable standards.
