Responsibilities & Context:
About the Position
Purpose (why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives):
The Position is Responsible to the effective planning, procurement, monitoring and reporting of leaf GLT factory Bangladesh activities relating to external maintenance and management. The position will be responsible to establishing key interfaces and mechanical for ensuring that all safety, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting mechanical issues and compliance standards are met and to provide technical assistance when necessary. Coordinates, and monitors activities; maintains performs related duties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of forklift.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Processing/down time Responsibilities & reporting.
- Processing/Throughput.
- Installing, Monitoring and Reporting.
- To ensure technical support for new machine installation and controlling. Ensure routine preventive maintenance of mechanical and technical support for planned and unplanned maintenance breakdown and implement weekend maintenance during processing.
- Support production team in implementing in order to be in line with as requirement.
- To ensure full support for the implementation of spare parts and functional location and equipment’s.
- Develop management policies, and best practices, EHS and Safety.
