Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master/Graduate degree in any discipline (Preferably on CSE/Textile/EEE or any.)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Manager (Software)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Collaborate with concern person/department to prepare a formal Project Charter outlining the objectives, detailed scope, resources, timeline, and budget for each new implementation.
∎ Project implementation ability working in a team environment composed of other analysts, directors, supervisors, support personnel, internal concern person/department, and vendors.
∎ To analyze, verify and validate the deliverable, procedures, and processes, identify and address gaps, and recommend improvements; ensuring a consistent optimal level of quality for all deliverable and processes in software. They will prepare and analyze various documents required
∎ To Participate in operational review meetings with concern person/department to translate business needs into functional requirements and business scenarios
∎ To Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
∎ To Manage the complete software development lifecycle for approved development activities with a focus on reducing cycle times between functional, technical, and QA resources
∎ To Manage project plan, budget, and resource schedule on a weekly basis
∎ To Prepare weekly status reports and facilitate weekly status review meeting with concern person/department.
∎ To Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with concern person/department.
∎ To Facilitate quality assurance reviews with concern person/department on a regular basis and execute correction actions.
∎ To Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices and guidance from our concern /department in an effort to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end user experience
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes.
∎ Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
∎ Strong knowledge of design techniques, query development, systems and programs, programming techniques, methods, approaches, and standards.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments/Textile/Spinning Mills as a Project Manager/coordinator/Consultant.
∎ Experience working with technical resources regarding installation, custom development and other technical activities required to successfully deliver a large scale ERP project.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
