Experience:

• At least 12 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Have IEB Membership

• At least 12 years

• Age At least 35 years

The candidate must have working experience in Construction Industry/ Group of Industries having multiple construction projects.

Work experience in Hotel or Resort Construction will be preferred.

Literacy in Design Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project are required.

RDRS Bangladesh a renowned national NGO is going to start a construction work to establish a Guesthouse and Training Center and inviting interested, competent and prospective candidates for immediate appointment.

Major Jobs and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate construction activities (among project Engineers, Consultant, Finance & Accounts department, Supply chain etc.) for the project as the overall responsible person to complete the project,  

• To do all sorts of documentation properly (like filing, corresponding, checking drawings, keeping records of bills and work order copy etc.)

• Supervise day to day construction works as assigned by the management.

• To give engineering support and decisions from consultant and the management and implement those to site level.

• To prepare construction plan and schedule of projects.

• Day to day reporting and update the management.

• To make engineering design/ drawing (as and when required).

• To prepare, check and authenticate estimate, rate analysis and BOQ of various project/ job.

• To prepare, check and authenticate contractor’s bills

• To prepare tender documents, work schedule, work order, CS and other documentation related jobs.

• To assign day to day work to the subordinate engineers/ staff/ workers.

• Any other jobs seems important to complete the project.
