Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale interior or construction projects.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large budgets.
• Ability to handle complex, high-end commercial or hospitality projects.

Role Overview: The Project Manager will lead the overall project, ensuring timely completion, budget management, and coordination between various teams. They will be responsible for executing the design vision while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the completion of the 14th, 13th, 12th, and 11th-floor projects.
• Develop detailed project timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Liaise between architects, engineers, contractors, and the client to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Report regularly to stakeholders on project status and developments.
