Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Postgraduation in any subject preferable in Social science or Disaster Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager is overall responsible to implement all project activities in the target areas.
∎ Identifying appropriate capacity building activities involving beneficiary, stakeholders
∎ Support to conduct training and guiding project staff in organizing training, workshop and other events.
∎ Provide support to subordinates to implement community initiated DRR activities
∎ Look after the field management, logistic supply and resources
∎ Establishing and maintaining liaison and network at program unit level that includes local GOB departments, LGIs, educational institutions, NGOs, CPP Volunteers and similar projects under implementation in the area.
∎ Assist in documentation; and establishing and maintaining liaison/ network at program unit level including among District and Upazila level GOB departments, LGIs, other organizations and stakeholders.
∎ Organize meeting with stakeholders regularly; take minutes of meeting and circulate the minutes.
∎ Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team within organization and have capacity to maintain supportive network with Local Govt., NGOs and others.
∎ Willingness to travel in difficult geography.
∎ Undertake other duties as per requirements of the project
∎ Prepare implementation plan in line with project activities
∎ Quality support and Monitoring of project activities
∎ Liaison and coordination with Local Govt. Stakeholder, CPP and Upazilla administration
∎ Arrange field level program with cost effective manner
∎ Monitoring monthly expenses and prepare monthly budget in line with agreed plan
∎ Responsible for community people to reduce risk of climate vulnerabilities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Organize local govt. meeting and conduct training
∎ Supportive supervision and monitoring of Field activities
∎ Ensure coordination with Local Govt. CPP, Upazilla administration and district administration
∎ Prepare monthly fund request and ensure timely submission
∎ Prepare narrative report, Case study and ensure submission to supervisor in time
∎ Report compiling and Record keeping and program filling
∎ Ensure quality use of organization assets
∎ Ensure safeguarding and Dignity in any activities
∎ Rapid assessment and any need assessment in case of any disaster
∎ Ensure proper documentation for highlighting project activities and lessons learnt
∎ At least 4 years' experience on Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction program
∎ Practical experience preferable of emergency response, Shelter and WASH
∎ Capable of working geographically challenged areas
