Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 27 years
  • Minimum 6 years in infrastructure project management, or in administration role.
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership skills with previous experience in managing multi-dimensional teams


Responsibilities & Context:

Lead end-to-end project management for construction & management of strategic infrastructure initiatives—including Centro Agro, Centro Innovation Center, Sports Field, and Cafeteria Catering Facility—ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, budget control, and stakeholder alignment.

1. PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.

  • Coordinate execution with architects, engineers, and vendors.

2. BUDGETING & COST CONTROL

  • Prepare and monitor budgets for cost efficiency.

  • Review quotations, negotiate contracts, and approve payments

3. QUALITY & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure all construction and facility development meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance.

4. STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION

  • Liaise with internal departments, external consultants, and government bodies as needed.

5. FACILITY HANDOVER, MANAGEMENT & UPGRADATION

  • Manage final inspections, documentation, and facility handover.

  • Ensure operational readiness and oversee ongoing maintenance.

  • Plan upgrades based on feedback and strategic needs.

6. REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Maintain comprehensive project and facility documentation.

  • Prepare periodic progress and performance reports.

  • Present findings, challenges, and recommendations to management.
