Educational Requirements:
∎ Master is social science, Master in Public Health will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years professional experience with exposure to project implementation and project management.
∎ Conceptual knowledge and skills on COVID 19 programming
∎ Good understanding of MOHFW and UN policy, structure, and system and an ability to navigate on different levels
∎ Has considerable experience in networking at district and Upazila level with appropriate strategy adoption in liaising with Govt., NGO counterparts and development partners, donors, able to coordinate with appropriate stakeholders and ensure support in planning, and designing right strategy to suit with project activities.
∎ Good networking and liaison skills with counterparts, partners
∎ Oversight of budget and other resources, able to manage multi-year grants ensuring donor compliance
∎ Analytical and report writing skills
∎ Staff performance management skills, including team building.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
