Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Business Development or in any relevant business disciplines from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar Regional Office under CARE Bangladesh.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to August 31, 2023 with possibility of extension.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of proven knowledge/experience in the value chain, livelihoods, and market development-related projects; and 5+ years of experience in managerial positions.
∎ Interpersonal skills and a good team player.
∎ Experience in formation and running of self-help groups.
∎ Experience in income-generating activities, cash-based interventions, and women's empowerment activities for the poor and vulnerable.
∎ Relevant experience working in Cox's Bazar with Host Community Development programs will be an advantage.
∎ Experience in doing research, conducting analyses, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes;
∎ Experience working in international organizations.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in difficult environments, under stressful and time-critical circumstances.
∎ Demonstrated openness in sharing information and keeping people informed.
∎ Cultural and Gender awareness and sensitivity.
∎ Exposure in dealing with international donors.
∎ Communication, linkage, networking and negotiation capability with private and public institutions.
∎ Analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Staff performance management skills, including team building; and
∎ Skilled in MS Office software.
∎ Strong in written and verbal English and Bangla communication.
