∎ Project name: Collective Impact on Future of Work in Bangladesh Project
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to March 31,2024

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in project planning and implementation preferably in the area of addressing GBV in workplaces and communities.
∎ Proven track record of work in the community people specially with marginalized groups particularly women.
∎ Strong facilitation background including participatory planning, organizing and community mobilization.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written in Bangla and English.
∎ Notable people management skills, budgeting, budget management, project planning etc.
∎ Candidates should have excellent communication and analytical skills in both Bangla and English.
