Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the total business plan with an estimated budget and forecasted manpower of different agro projects of an agro startup business.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for initiating all the innovative ways to generate revenue by utilizing the land area in optimum level.
∎ Take the lead in project planning and coordination to ensure timely project infrastructure development and quality implementation of all project interventions.
∎ Contact and coordination with the Development Partner, different livestock related Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs) and also the project stakeholders and the targeted community.
∎ Prepare analytical reports about the actual work done against planned & take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Facilitate training, workshop, stakeholder conference and group discussion.
∎ Facilitate the process of activity and output.
∎ Manage, guide, and control all the field-level project staffs.
∎ Arrange training for the field staffs to improve their required skills.
∎ Creating & enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth & opportunities.
∎ Compile and develop reports both in qualitative & quantitative aspects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 8-10 years of practical experience in the relevant Agro business.
