Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with PM and contractor.
Managing, monitoring the design documents supplied by architects and engineers.
Good knowledge about finishing works.
To check and maintain safety control guideline.
To follow-up material delivery as per project requirement.
Understanding drawings of the project in details.
Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
Preparing report as required by the management.
Preparation BoQ
Liaise with foreign client and address their needs
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
