Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Excellent command of written and spoken English, is a MUST. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be considered first
∎ • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in manufacturing fields
∎ • Degree or above, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering / Business Administrative or related disciplines
∎ • Good communication & interpersonal skills at all levels
∎ • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ • Hardworking and persistent
∎ • Aggressive, willing to learn and work at a fast pace
∎ • Excellent coordination, detail-working and problem-solving skills
∎ • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ • Knowledge in ERP systems is preferable
∎ • Experience in Merchandising, PMC or Supply Chain fields will be considered
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marchendising, PMC, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Proficient knowledge in project management, with emphasis on factory production is a MUST
∎ • Assist Sales & Marketing team on new product development launch programs
∎ • Well communicate with various parties to facilitate smooth new product launch. Coordinate with internal related departments across Bangladesh, China and Hong Kong on day to day project management matters
∎ • Strictly stick to the New Product Development launch timeline and report on critical issues on a daily basis. Monitor project progress to ensure on time completion and delivery
∎ • Schedule working plan, input daily updates and ensure all deliverables required being delivered at all phases within timeline. Keep track on project progress and provide the project management summary reports to direct supervisors
∎ • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
∎ consulting with the Senior Management and the responsible department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates also be proficient in both verbal and written in English & Bangla.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic and presentable.
∎ Have learning attitude & interested to work in a diversified environment with honesty, sincerity.
∎ Must have the mentality to work as a team member
∎ Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office Package & Internet)
∎ Have 1-5 years' experience in an optical manufacturer industry will be given preference
