Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Oversight:

  • Provide Direction on project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, standards, and tools across all projects.

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to define project scopes, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the escalation point for major project issues and risks.

• Process & Quality Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes, templates, and best practices.

  • Implement project governance frameworks.

• Resource & Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

• Reporting & Communication:

  • Provide regular status reports and project performance metrics to executive leadership.

  • Develop dashboards and KPIs for project health and project performance.

• Training & Development:

  • Mentor and coach project team members in project management practices.
