Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Oversight:
Provide Direction on project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, standards, and tools across all projects.
Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to define project scopes, priorities, and deliverables.
Serve as the escalation point for major project issues and risks.
Process & Quality Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes, templates, and best practices.
Implement project governance frameworks.
Resource & Budget Management:
Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular status reports and project performance metrics to executive leadership.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for project health and project performance.
Training & Development:
Mentor and coach project team members in project management practices.
