∎ Mastering Research & Writing: Utilize your strong knowledge of research and academic writing to ensure all projects are executed to perfection.
∎ Quality Assurance: Review and verify the files submitted by writers to meet project specifications, ensuring flawless quality before final submission.
∎ Mentoring & Development: Support and guide writers, offering feedback, mentorship, and suggestions for improvement to boost their skills and productivity.
∎ Client Relations: Communicate with clients professionally, managing their feedback, revisions, and project requests to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior management team, executing various tasks to keep projects on track and enhance team performance.
