∎ Location: Kariagram/Morium Nagor, Barura, Cumilla
∎ Head Office: Gulshan, Dhaka.
∎ Working six days in week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fisheries (Pond Fisheries, Pond/task, Bio flock & Aqua phonic/Hydroponic & Pearls cultivation on fishpond).
∎ Horticulture/Plantations (Round the year vegetables & Fruits production including Greenhouse plantations).
∎ Managing breeding and harvesting schedules and monitoring the health of the fish.
∎ Communicate strategy and results to the unit employees.
∎ Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
∎ Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by Owners.
∎ Building an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers.
∎ Cost effectiveness of plant/Unit.
∎ Profitability and capacity enhancement.
∎ Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years practice experience for fish Hatchery & fish cultivation & are capable to run the project management independently.
∎ If anyone have the knowledge for the plantation / Horticulture management will be will be given the preference.
∎ Have knowledge about innovative & modern fish culture technologies.
∎ Capable to use the lap top & are able to keep the all data & make the statement for the recording & reporting to the management.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
∎ Have a good eye for details & ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
