Job Context:
∎ Duty station: Jhenaidah with frequent travel to the project areas
∎ Contract Duration: The duration of the proposed contract is up to 2 years with a possibility of extension depending on performance and availability of funds.
∎ Expected Joining Date: As soon as possible
∎ Working Hours: Full time (minimum of 40 hours per week)
∎ Context and purpose of the job: The purpose of the Project Field Officer job is to support the successful implementation of field operations, including planning, execution, time management, target achievement, SME development, and management of the Project Support Assistant/Intern (Promotion and Verification). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of field operations, including budget management problem-solving, data quality management at field level and reporting. The Project Field Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing plans, managing project resources, and providing guidance and support to the Project Support Assistant/Intern. They will also be responsible for engaging with private sector partners, promoting the development of the e-cooking market in the project area, and maintaining positive relationships with local government agencies. Through this position, the Project Field Officer will fully be responsible for HTCC project management, time management, relationship management, and team management, helping them to build the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the field. Additionally, the Project Field Officer will play a key role in promoting the development of SMEs, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of project data and information, and driving the success of the field operations and the growth and development of the e-cooking/clean cooking market.
