Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
Ensure work quality as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and project specifications.
Monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensuring project work.
Follow-up project activities & should have strong command on project site.
Daily coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and submit to Management.
Assist in cost control, maintain inventory, stocks & wastages
Ensure proper material requisition, verification, and consumption tracking.
Maintain safety, compliance, and quality assurance in all site activities.
Identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintaining site safety.
Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
