Responsibilities & Context:
The ideal candidate will work directly with other engineering disciplines to perform Solar design, verification, carry ideas through final system design and rapidly respond to design changes.
Conduct engineering solar site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial solar power systems.
Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal systems, including system components, for commercial buildings.
Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components.
Analysis work will focus on Solar Photovoltaic field analysis, Distribution panel design, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of BBT, Sub-Station, UPS, earthing, Lighting system etc.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but must be a team player that can contribute toward improving design practices, installing, commissioning and the overall success of the department.
Accomplishing all project related works in scheduled time.
