∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business Development, Sales and Marketing
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in power sector.
∎ Must be willing to travel frequently outside of Dhaka for business development purposes
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales/lead generation targets.
∎ Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, IPP, ESS).
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in presenting technical services.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and management teams.
∎ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
∎ Prior experience with EPC companies or solar developers.
∎ Knowledge of net metering, PPA, and regulatory environment in the solar sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote solar EPC services.
∎ Identify, approach, and generate leads from industrial and commercial clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
∎ Coordinate with the core engineering and management teams for technical and commercial alignment.
∎ Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare marketing reports and track performance against KPIs.
∎ Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company.
