Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction methods including false ceiling, partitions, finishes, joinery, painting, flooring, and MEP coordination

  • Ability to lead site execution solo with minimal supervision

  • Sound understanding of materials, measurements, and BOQ-related work

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings (AutoCAD, basic to intermediate)Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability on-site

  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills

  • Experience in team handling, subcontractor coordination, and manpower management

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability for project outcomes

  • Motorcycle driving with valid license is preferred



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute interior projects independently on-site in line with approved architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Prepare and manage project planning, BOQ, work schedules, and master schedules

  • Ensure quality workmanship, finishing standards, and compliance with company and client requirements

  • Monitor material usage, control wastage, ensure timely availability of materials, and manage site logistics

  • Coordinate closely with architects, designers, the operations manager, and head office as required

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports with photos and data

  • Identify site challenges and resolve technical and operational issues proactively without escalation delays

  • Maintain site safety, discipline, cleanliness, and proper documentation including snag lists, work completion records, and handover documents

  • Handle client or consultant site instructions professionally and ensure project completion within approved timeline and budget
