Experience:
Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and lead conversion in interior or real estate sector
Strong knowledge of interior design services, project types (residential, commercial, hospitality), and pricing structures
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English
Ability to understand client needs and articulate design value propositions effectively
Strong networking skills with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, restaurateurs, and property developers
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic digital communication tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Existing client base or network in the interior/real estate industry is strongly preferred
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and field visits to prospective clients
Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs, budget, timeline, and preferences
Present Bluebell Studio's portfolio, services, and value proposition professionally to convert inquiries into signed projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
Maintain and update a client database in CRM software, tracking all leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth handover of signed projects and client expectations
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to each client
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business or referrals
Attend industry events, property launches, and networking opportunities to promote Bluebell Studio
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including lead sources, conversion rates, revenue generated, and pipeline status
