Experience:

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years

• Only Male

• Must Have project experience in large industrial/Govt. infrastructure, gained within a shortperiod while working under the supervision of a conductor or sub-conductor. 

• Must have skills include structural analysis to ensure buildings and bridges are safe anddurable, project management to oversee construction projects from start to finish, andproblem-solving to address complex engineering challenges. 

• Real estate construction experiences will not be considered as candidates experience. 

• Candidates preparing for higher studies are not invited to apply. 

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in steel shutter  budget calculation. 

• Candidates with experience in estimating, Billing item wise BOQ rating will be given preference.

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and planning the sequence of work.

• Design and Technical Oversight: Working with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulations.  

• Budget Management: Assisting in preparing budgets, tracking project costs, and managing financial resources to ensure projects stay within allocated budgets. 

• Resource Allocation: Ensuring the proper allocation of labor, materials, and equipment required for project execution. 

• Site Supervision: Monitoring daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.  

• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal delays.  

• Compliance and Permitting: Ensuring that the project adheres to building codes, permits, environmental laws, and other regulatory requirements.  

• Quality Control: Implementing quality assurance procedures to ensure that work meets the desired standards and specifications.  

• Coordination with Subcontractors: Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that materials and services are delivered on time and in accordance with the project timeline.  

• Documentation and Reporting: Preparing progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
