• Age 30 to 35 years

• 4 -8years’ experience in plumbing design

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preferenc

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing design & drafting using AutoCAD.

• Coordinate with design teams to establish and assure implementation of plumbing design standards for the project.

• Prepare cost estimates; track project schedules and budgets. Calculations for designing specific piping systems for a variety of projects
