• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 30 to 35 years

• 4-8 years’ experience in electrical design and drawing, electrical work supervision

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Able to work with AUTOCAD

• Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing all type of electrical installation work to ensure quality

• Experience in electrical design and drawing, electrical work supervision

• Ensure technical specification of lift, substation, generator, firefighting & mechanical ventilation equipment during purchase

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation

• Prepare cost estimates, track project schedule and budgets.
