• Should have good knowledge in Drawing, Design, and Estimation & Costing. 
• Should be honest, capable & trustworthy.
• Expertise to Demonstrate commercial projects.        
• Excellent communications skills required for interaction with vendors, designers, consultants, and clients.       
• Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) AutoCAD

Job Context:

Nayanagor Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Civil Engineer for its concern “Nibash-1” of Flat Project.

Job Responsibilities:       

• Coordinate with project Consultant, Contractor, BoD and site personnel.        

• Ability to analysis the Tender application form and advice management on technical aspects.        

• Conducting and consulting work as per engineering codes and standards.       

• BOQ and tender schedule ready for selecting contractors.        

• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; Construction site inspection and supervision and verifying calculations and placements & raising issues to CEO as appropriate.       

• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans, being physically present during the work and working properly with the contractor.       

• Must be proficient in bid analysis, constructability review, and permit processing.       

• Offer technical information to the project supervisor to ensure work complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.        

• Verifying the material required for the project and assigning work accordingly.        

• Plan, organize, and follow up on project construction from conception to completion.        

• Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
