Knowledge of Real Estate Sector

• • Understanding the stages of real estate development.
  • Familiarity with property types (residential, commercial, mixed-use) and the specific challenges each type presents.
  • Understanding of market trends, property values, and location analysis.

Building Codes and Regulations

• • in-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards specific to the real estate market.

Construction Management Skills

• • Experience with project planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate developments.
  • Ability to manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and budget.

Real Estate Financial Acumen

• • Understanding of real estate financing, including managing project budgets, capital expenditure, and cost estimation.

Project Management Tools

Experience in Site Selection and Land Development

• Monitor project costs, manage procurement, and ensure that the project stays within financial parameters.

Quality Control and Compliance:
