    • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and budget.

Real Estate Financial Acumen

Project Management Tools

Experience in Site Selection and Land Development

Quality Control and Inspection

    • Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards, specifications, and client expectations.

    • Engineering expertise combined with real estate development knowledge.
    • Construction management experience with an emphasis on real estate project constraints.
    • Experience: Proven experience in managing real estate or construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
    • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management software, building codes, and safety standards.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities & Context:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the project design aligns with the company's vision and complies with relevant building codes and zoning laws.

  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and oversee project milestones and timelines.

  • Construction Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and within quality standards.

  • Ensure that all site activities are compliant with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project continuity and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Track and manage project budgets, including preparation and approval of cost estimates and change orders.

  • Monitor project costs, manage procurement, and ensure that the project stays within financial parameters.

  • Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring the quality and integrity of the project is not compromised.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure that the project complies with all building codes, zoning laws, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress.

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, including technical problems, delays, or conflicts.

  • Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and any necessary documentation for senior management, clients, or regulatory bodies.

Post-Construction and Handover:

  • Oversee final inspections and ensure that all project documentation, permits, and certificates are completed.

  • Facilitate the handover process to the client, ensuring they receive all necessary materials and operational information.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, technology, and best practices to implement innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency.
