• Requires regular interaction with clients, guests, and internal teams.
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must have a strong command over computer operations, especially MS Word, Excel, Email, Bangla and English typing.

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Receptionist (Front Desk Associate) who is highly skilled in computer operations, especially typing in both Bangla and English. The ideal candidate should be able to manage front desk activities efficiently while also supporting basic administrative.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees politely and professionally.

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Computer typing expert in both Bangla and English.

• Prepare and manage office documents, letters, emails, and memos using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required.

• Accurately type letters, documents, and reports in both Bangla and English.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Ensure all office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone, etc.) is functional and assist with basic troubleshooting.
