• Building Codes and Regulations
• in-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards specific to the real estate market.
• Construction Management Skills
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate developments.
• Ability to manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and budget.
• Real Estate Financial Acumen

• Develop project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and oversee project milestones and timelines.
• Construction Management:

• Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project continuity and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Track and manage project budgets, including preparation and approval of cost estimates and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, manage procurement, and ensure that the project stays within financial parameters.
• Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring the quality and integrity of the project is not compromised.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure that the project complies with all building codes, zoning laws, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress.
