• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using Oracle APEX.

• Must have strong technical skills, including knowledge of Oracle Apex development tools such as Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend customization.

• Shall be able to work collaboratively with functional analysts, project managers, and other technical staff to ensure that customizations and extensions to the custom software system meet business requirements and are of high quality.

• Experience working with Oracle Database or similar Oracle databases.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of database design and application development concepts.

• Understanding application security, authentication, and role-based access control.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint etc).

• Knowledge of AI concepts or AI-assisted development tools will be considered an added advantage.

• Able to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom business applications using Oracle APEX with Oracle 19c Database backend.

• Design and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.

• Develop reports, forms, dashboards, and workflow-based modules as per business requirements.

• Integrate external systems and services using REST APIs and web services.

• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability and security.

• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and other developers for requirement analysis, testing, and deployment.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing application support.

• Provide end-user training as needed.
