We are looking for experienced & passionate Engineer - Civil/Construction/ Structural for a reputed Real Estate company who has experience in Real Estate / Development / Land sector.

• 
  Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly Coordinate between construction site and office for smooth decision making process.

• Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling and Coordinating.

• Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.

• To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with top management Applicants must have technical knowhow and expertise regarding overall Building construction Affairs.

• To guide the preparation and presentation of a BOQ considering the best cost structure with details of direct and indirect material, labor and overhead cost components.

• To perform risk management to minimize project risk.

• Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.

• Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.

• Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.

• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with designer team/client/Department as well as effectively lead the trades Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly & monthly basis.

• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.

• Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant`s design drawings.

• Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.

• Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final hold backs.

• Expertise in using AutoCAD 2D & 3D. Expertise in MB (Measurement Book).

• Schedule control and report the project work progress Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
