Responsibilities & Context:

Day to day monitoring of production activities by service and other team members.

Liaison with all other departments of the company.

Planning for production as per requirement, distribute work accordingly.

Ensure of smooth production of Boiler meeting quality and deadline.

Take care of all issues related to production worker.

Ensure proper production and boiler repairing.

Job order received from Production Head and maintain files.

Timely submitting material requisition consulting Production head.

Quickly checked and report for all materials received.

Section wise(MEL Boiler-Body section, Fin frame, Cover refractory, Sheet metal, Lathe, Electric & testing, Paint section) material availability report to Production Head.

Maintain register of finished products

Hand over finished product.

Preparing monthly production report.

Writing returnable challan.

Any other tasks assigned by company management/production head.
