Skills Required: AutoCAD,BNBC 2020,ETABS,SAP 2000,STAAD.Pro
Additional Requirements:

Codes & Standards: Deep working knowledge of BNBC, ACI, BS, and Eurocode.
Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential structural risks.
Preferred: Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and professional certifications (PE or equivalent).
Responsibilities & Context:
Structural Analysis & Design: Perform complex analysis and design for RCC, Steel, and composite structures using industry-standard software.
Calculations & Documentation: Prepare professional design calculation sheets, technical reports, material schedules, and structural specifications.
Drawing & Code Review: Review and approve detailed shop drawings and structural plans to ensure full compliance with BNBC 2020, ACI, and ASCE codes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and seamless project execution.
Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct periodic site visits to verify reinforcement and ensure construction strictly aligns with design specifications.
Assessment & Retrofitting: Provide innovative technical solutions for structural assessment, strengthening, and retrofitting of existing structures.
