Job Description:
To conduct regular maintenance and inspection of electro-mechanical systems, equipment including Substation, Generators, Elevators, HVAC, ACs etc. of commercial building
To assist in installation of new electric and electronic systems
To maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair and installation activities
To optimize energy consumption of facilities ensuring efficient operations
To respond promptly in emergency situations.
