Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of EM systems and airport standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability under site conditions.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Chinese language knowledge is an added advantage.

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review EM drawings, specifications, BOQ, and prepare method statements and other related documents.

• Coordinate MEP design and construction activities with civil, architectural, and others teams.

• Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and raise RFIs as required.

• Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, NFPA, IEC, BNBC codes, and airport authority requirements.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire alarm, firefighting, BMS, and other EM systems for the Airports.

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment; Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for smooth execution.

Quality Control & Inspection

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all EM works.

• Prepare and submit inspection requests, test reports, and commissioning records.

• Ensure materials and equipment comply with approved submittals.

• Rectify defects and non-conformities identified during inspections.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation;

• Participate in integrated system testing for airport operations. Coordinate testing and commissioning of EM systems.

• Support final inspections with consultants, authorities, and clients.

Planning & Reporting

• Assist in preparation and monitoring of EM work schedules.

• Track progress against approved programs and report delays or risks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Support cost control by minimizing rework and wastage.
