Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all coordinators, Manager (Finance & Admin), and others of the project.
∎ Provide operational leadership to the project, including oversight of the office (logistics, personnel, development, transportation, and communication)
∎ Organize and conduct district-level Government/NGO workshops to share and disseminate project lessons and innovations
∎ Support the Area Teams and maintain close liaison with appropriate Union, Thana, and District officials, and functionaries
∎ Oversee the development of accurate and timely reports to donors and other concerned authorities
∎ Conduct monthly staff meetings with Area coordinators to coordinate upcoming activities and schedules, identify, and resolve problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum of 8 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations. Minimum of three years’ experience in coordinating large projects in the education sector.
∎ Proven experience in team management and excellent troubleshooting capability.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 1,00,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
