• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
• Oversee project progress and performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage end-to-end construction processes, from pre-construction to project handover.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract adherence.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast costs, and manage expenditures within approved limits.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Engage with government and regulatory bodies to ensure permits and approvals are in place.
• Risk Management & Safety Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Promote and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Mentor and guide project managers and construction teams.
