Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee the Campus Ambassador program, aligning it with company goals.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of Campus Ambassadors across universities, colleges, and schools.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, from universities to colleges and schools.
∎ Act as a bridge between Walton DigiTech and the academic community.
∎ Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities on campuses.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams for effective event planning and implementation.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance Walton DigiTech's brand visibility on campuses of all educational levels.
∎ Foster effective communication between the company and educational institutions.
∎ Ensure that the Campus Ambassador program aligns with the goals of both parties.
∎ Monitor the performance of Campus Ambassadors, providing regular reports to the management team.
∎ Feedback Collection and Program Enhancement:
∎ Collect feedback from Campus Ambassadors, educational institutions, and stakeholders to enhance the program's effectiveness.
