Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in CSE or Business Graduate from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Confidential data management, creativity and innovation, Energetic and self-motivated, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the project and ensure deployment of deliverables as per the requirements planned by the authority.
∎ Look after all ERP related support needs, delegate / assign tasks to the team.
∎ Provide proper analysis on ERP functionalities based on the business process and requirements.
∎ Facilitate effective ERP design and implementation by converting each business process's SOP to an automated system.
∎ Plan and design the ERP system according to the requirements and business process of the company.
∎ Project Monitor, progress and ensure delivery within stipulated time.
∎ Transfer/Migrate old Data to new ERP system successfully.
∎ Provide comprehensive training on ERP system adaptation to end users.
∎ Ensure proper internal & external communication with the functional team & external vendors & Client.
∎ Proper handling or helping in sourcing ERP related tools and its under suppliers.
∎ Ensure day to day operational support as and when required to ensure error free ERP operations.
∎ Discover new functionalities to improve continuous ERP operational activities and identify risks / loopholes.
∎ Error resolution/ problem solving/ new configuration to meet users’ additional requirement.
∎ Custom development work (forms/reports/DB object/API etc.) to meet user requirements within time and as per commitment.
∎ • Ensure daily backup and data recovery in line with all technical resources.
∎ Team Management - workload balancing, motivation, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing & resource development through proper training.
∎ Prepare and comply with all requirements in line with corporate compliances, policies and/or audits.
∎ Project wise Planning, Budgeting, Costing & Probabilities.
∎ Root cause analysis and solving.
∎ Any other responsibilities, related with ERP implementation given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 ERP implementation and Project handling experience are a must.
∎ Experience with Scrum & Agile software development.
∎ Database and Development knowledge are a must.
∎ Knowledge on SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of business process.
∎ Have knowledge on ERP UI design.
∎ Domain knowledge of ERP Functionalities: Accounts & Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Production, Planning, Quality, Plant & Maintenance, Store Management, Product Costing, Sale Order Costing, Production (BMD, Real-estate, RMG, and Textile division).
∎ Training on project management is preference
