Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support project managers for project tracking and delivery schedules.
∎ Manages the resources for the projects.
∎ Manages the planning and scheduling of activities and resource support for projects.
∎ Direct interface for internal teams and external customers.
∎ Manages the day-to-day activities supporting projects.
∎ Manages the status, management, and customer reporting.
∎ Capability to work with minimum supervision required - highly motivated and self-driven.
∎ Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight schedules - very detailed, goal-driven, and achievement-oriented.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools.
∎ Excellent skills in oral and written communications.
∎ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
∎ Must be a team player and collaborate on other projects as needed.
∎ Decision-making / Problem-solving skills.
∎ The candidate must have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience and have strong communications skills.
