Job Context:
∎ NDP as a reputed non-profit, non-political national organization invites applications for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing `Community Based Resilience, Women`s Empowerment and Actions (CREA)` in Belkuchi Upazila in Sirajganj district and project funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF). The aim of the project is to build women`s leadership capacity and increased resilience of the most vulnerable communities to address climate change impact.
∎ The duration of the project is 3 years.
∎ Working station : Belkuchi Upazilla, Sirajganj District with frequent field visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years practical experience in development sector off them 5 years in similar position.
∎ Prior working experience as PC with SIDA funded Right Based/GBV/CGBV project will be given preferences.

Salary:
∎ 45,000.00 Gross including all with 5% yearly increment.
