Job Context:
∎ Purpose of the position: GRAUS (Gram Unnayon Sangathon) a local NGO is inviting application from qualified candidates for the position of Project Coordinator (PC) for the project entitled "Community-based Resilience, Women`s Empowerment and Action (CREA)" supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) and funded by Government of Sweden.
∎ Working Place: Rowangchari Upzila, Bandarban.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and coordinate the project through maintaining project cycle management to achieve the project's goal, outcome, actions/activities and expected results, which are specified in project proposal.
∎ Ensure effective implementation in a timely manner as per project work plan by the quality and set strategies and guidelines under the project through establishing monitoring mechanism including supportive supervisory systems;
∎ Responsible for managing the program, admin, logistics and finance in implementing the project;
∎ Follow up the project financial complains and review the expenditures for necessary approval;
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual work plan and tract targeted activities are accomplished as per the set plan;
∎ Guide to the Project Officer and Community Mobilizers in implementing the project activities at field level as per approved budget and guidelines;
∎ Develop the necessary tools, templates, formats for data collection including the required concept notes of the project;
∎ Verify and validate the quality of data and information of the output activities before finalization of any report through approved monitoring and evaluation tools;
∎ Produce clear and quality project reports in English like events report, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit to the line manager as well as MJF as per reporting calendar and within deadlines.
∎ Provide support to the Project Officer in tracking project progress and make necessary adjustment in consultation with Program Director;
∎ Build networks with Upazila and District level Stakeholder link with communities and local level service providers;
∎ Provide high level supervisory and managerial support to the project team for developing their technical skills and professional competencies;
∎ Conduct need based and periodical meetings with the staff, donor and other stakeholders and ensure record keeping and dissemination;
∎ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings including the project trainings, seminars, workshops and other events as a representative.
∎ Maintain gender and equality following the organizational policy and practice.
∎ In addition to that, any other duties and responsibilities may assigned by the authority / organization, which need to be carried out.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 7 years working experiences in local/national/international NGOs.
∎ At least 2 years experiences in Managerial position in any discipline.
∎ The candidates must be from Chittagong Hill Tracts.
∎ Excellent knowledge for extracting learnings, challenges and outcomes of the project.
∎ Good Skill to lead for rolling out risk and need assessment/special study and survey.
∎ Clear understanding of GBV, Human Rights, concept including DRR of SoD.
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders and relevant designated.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills including analytical and problem solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to operation of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
∎ Knowledge on file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
