Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/Bachelor degree in Social Science/Social Welfare/Arts or any other disciplines and having working experience in CHTs.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activities Implementation: Organize and conduct regular meetings, workshops, consultations, trainings and other project events with targeted stakeholders in particular geographic area. Coordinate with project team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of field activities.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure the implementation of project activities in the field level with the adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, NGOs, political actors, elected representatives, youth and civic groups to ensure their support and active participation in project implementation.
∎ Forum Development: Conduct the process of developing various forums, platforms or committees in field level under the project. Ensure the involvement of beneficiaries or members in the forum as prescribed.
∎ Communication and coordination: Maintain regular communication with project key beneficiaries including youth groups, civic groups, women and marginalized groups. Collect relevant data, incidents report and update about the contextual issues.
∎ Reporting: Maintain proper documentation and records of field activities, including photos, beneficiary profiles, and success stories. Contribute to the preparation of event reports, and other deliverables.
∎ Support the Monitoring Process: Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, including data collection, verification, and analysis.
∎ Financial Records Keeping: Ensure delivery of accurate financial records and supporting documentation for maintaining financial records against the particular activities.
∎ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project implementation and propose mitigation strategies. Report any incidents, issues, or concerns related to field operations promptly to the project management team.
∎ Awareness Campaign: Ensure the effective implementation of court yard meeting and awareness campaign with maintaining coordination with the relevant stakeholders and beneficiaries from grass root community.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience with NGOs or other development organizations with supervision of community/field and activity implementation.
∎ Must be willing and physically able to work in and travel frequently to difficult geographical and cultural environment;
∎ Prior experience of working in the CHT on similar field would be an added advantage and educational qualification may be relaxed for such candidates.
∎ Owning a valid driving license of motorcycle with ability to travel remote in CHT.
∎ Good in English (written and communication skills) and Excellent command of Bangla;
∎ Working knowledge on any of the CHT indigenous languages would be an added advantage.
∎ Working knowledge to operate computers specially with Windows operating system, MS office, internet and web browsing etc.;

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
