Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Any Subject.

Job Context:
∎ Ensure overall Operation and Management of the project
∎ Report To : Program Director, Film 4 Peace Foundation
∎ Who you directly supervise : Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E Officer)-01, Program Officer-02, Finance and Admin Officer-01
∎ Who you do not directly supervise, but are supervised by your direct reports : Office Assistant-01, Night Guard-01

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan of action for the project
∎ Ensure effective implementation of the project as per operation plan
∎ Lead and manage project team in Project Area
∎ Ensure regular field visit for monitoring and knowledge management
∎ Ensure regular report preparation and submission to BRAC and Donor management as per project need
∎ Effective communication and maintain liaison with Govt. Officials
∎ Ensure monthly project team meeting at Upazila and take steps for staff capacity development
∎ Attend project related different forums, meetings, seminars at Upazila, districts level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ KNOWLEDGE
∎ Knowledge on LFA and project implementation
∎ Have good understanding on IPC & Micro planning; Advocacy and Social Communication
∎ Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management
∎ Understanding about projects Management & Leadership
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Staff management and supervision
∎ Effective communication, report writing and presentation
∎ Problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership
∎ Multi task handling
∎ Team work and team building.
