  • At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience with INGO/NGO project management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Good command in Microsoft Office especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet stringent deadlines, and communicate progress on projects or event planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
  • Team player, well-mannered, positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage field visits and reporting.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • Ability to work well with a virtual cross-functional team as well as ability to work well under pressure.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a non-profit project team is a must.


Responsibilities & Context:

Films4Peace Foundation is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the head office team who is a team player, positive-minded, hard-working individual. The potential person will be responsible for implementing the project, planning activities, preparing the budget, monitoring day-to-day tasks, organizing meetings, workshops, training, and events, report writing, ensuring logistics support, and coordinating with field colleagues. Assisting management to ensure compliance with organizational and donor policy, collaborating with various stakeholders, and media, and facilitating communication among team members.


The job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the F4P project at field and head office, coordinate with field staff, and regularly follow up on project activities, financial status, and progress, at the head office and field under the project, aligned with donor requirements.
  • Ensure monthly work planning, monitoring project implementation, reporting, and internal communication for smooth implementation of projects.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and training, develop plans, and budgets, get approval from management, and successfully carry out the activity’s implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate project events and meetings at head office and field with stakeholders at different levels (National, District, Upazila, Union).
  • Required to preserve all documents and records of the project, scanning and saving into official Gdrive.
  • Ensure Logistics support, guest and participant accommodation and food, material, vehicle arrangement, safety, and security and other logistics support for the meetings/workshops/events.
  • Ensure strict compliance with donor rules and regulations, overseeing budget management, expenditure analysis, and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability. Review and check project-related all kind of financial documents and maintain standard financial procedures.
