∎ Establish clear indicators and data collection methods to ensure comprehensive and relevant data is gathered for analysis.
∎ Oversee the collection of both quantitative and qualitative data from field activities, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other methodologies.
∎ Analyze data to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of project interventions.
∎ Ensure that data is disaggregated by relevant demographics (gender, age, location, etc.) to highlight specific impacts and areas for improvement.
∎ Produce clear, accurate, and detailed reports that summarize findings, highlight project achievements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensure that MEAL reports are shared with internal teams, participants, donors, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ Lead efforts to maintain accountability to community members, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Facilitate learning sessions with the project team, encouraging adaptive management practices based on MEAL findings.
∎ Provide actionable recommendations for improving project strategies, methodologies, and activities.
∎ Ensure that lessons learned are documented and integrated into future project planning and implementation.

∎ Job Summary: Films 4 Peace Foundation is looking for a dedicated and skilled MEAL Officer for a USAID funded project to lead the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) aspects of our project focused on promoting religious tolerance, combating misinformation, and fostering peaceful and inclusive communities in Bangladesh.
∎ In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our project activities are impactful, accountable, and adaptive to the needs of the communities we serve. The MEAL Officer will develop and implement MEAL frameworks, collect and analyze data, and help translate insights into action, improving project outcomes and enhancing our contributions to peace-building.
∎ Reports to: Project Coordinator
∎ Key Responsibilities:
