Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Coordinator (PC) will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with CAMPE policies and the departmental procedures:·
∎ Provide planning, reporting and operational support to the Programme Manager/unit Chief.
∎ Monitoring and reporting of central and grassroots level activities of the project.
∎ Write and compile monthly, quarterly, annual and project completion reports for CAMPE to fulfil donor and government requirements.
∎ Facilitate participatory planning, implementation and result based monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Supervise and maintain coordination with concerned staffs for ensuring supportive advocacy program management and overseeing the work at different levels.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant government officials, local government representatives and other stakeholders.
∎ Conduct/attend monthly coordination meeting where project progress is reviewed.
∎ Undertake field visits in close collaboration with EWCSA team as and when necessary.
∎ Undertake other activities as and when deemed necessary or as directed by the authority.
∎ Project Coordinator- Empowering Women through Civil Society Actors in Bangladesh
∎ Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for implementation of the EWCSA project activities in the selected working areas of CAMPE. S/he will maintain smooth coordination with stakeholders including government and non-government agencies to strengthen governance system for protecting the rights of Domestic Workers through programs, consultations, and campaigns.
